Anita is the most intuitive practitioner I’ve ever worked with. I have complex scar tissue and adhesions in my abdomen and chest from multiple surgeries. I tried everything to help alleviate the tightness and lack of mobility, but I felt stuck - literally. After working with Anita, my scar tissue and adhesions have significantly decreased. She taught me the exercises and techniques she uses so I can continue to help myself at home. I highly recommend Anita!

ARRIVED BROKEN: Nerve damage from Spondylolisthesis and 4 lumbar surgeries. Damaged lumbar nerves greatly affected my gait, created wonky patterns/habits with some muscles not engaging and reliant on a cane to get around.
