If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff was kind, but my experience was horrible. Sat in the lobby for over an hour, finally got a room just to sit in there for another hour and not be seen by anyone. All while other patients who came in after me, were seen. Super unprofessional care

Feel like it’s prison not doctors place for kids seriously no toys for kids not nice paint around nothing can makes kids feel better or loving the place On the top of that you have to wait an hour - an hour and half to be seen by the dr they need to care about the place not just collecting money and they need to work on their system no one want to waste 1-2 hours looking around in a room like in prison Hopefully someone fix those problems I didn’t get a chance to take pictures of the waiting area nothing like it’s waiting ar... read more
We had the DARKEST experience at RADIANT pediatrics.... This is by far the worst excuse for a medical facility and pediatric practice that we've ever visited. The Radiant staff was beyond rude and exhibited discriminatory behavior towards my sister/family as patients whom they were supposed to be helping. We brought my 12-year-old sister to his team for a general check-up. She has severe autism and we called her in advance as a courtesy to them as doctor's offices can sometimes make her a bit anxious. If you can look past the unhappy front office ladies (with the exception of maybe one girl) when you finally get throug to book an appointment and meet the doctor you'll be pleased she's amazing, precise and kind. It's just the few bad apples in the front making her practice look really bad, hopefully enough people will say somthing and she can get a more professional understanding front office crew.
