Really disappointed with our 1st impression of this place. Our usual place is closed for the holiday, so I looked around & after reading reviews figured we'd give it a shot. My husband and I walked in around 3:30 and the girl with braces & a Patrick (SpongeBob) shirt asked how she could help. I said we'd like 2 pedicures and she responds with a curt tone and replied with, "Actually, we only take appointments and we're all booked for the rest of the week", then looked down. This is the only nail salon I trust in the area. Susan and Jeff are absolute gems! Plus, as a disabled individual with a limited range of movement in my arm and hand, they are always so careful to not hurt me nor make me uncomfortable. This is always my go to recommendation when friends ask me where to get their nails done. The service is great, the prices are great, and the atmosphere is GREAT! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!
I've been coming here for years, and Susan, Jeff, and Izzy are outstanding!! They take excellent care of their customers and will do whatever they can to accommodate you if possible. Always an inviting atmosphere and professional services rendered. I will never go anywhere else. I'm always so glad to see sweet Izzy and her braces!!
