Ride and unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND
After two calls and an email explaining exactly what we needed, we didn’t even get a response. I’ll never understand how a business won’t seize an opportunity to attain a new customer. I’d give zero stars if I could! I do NOT recommend this business.
Andres was an exceptionally professional, quick, friendly, knowledgeable expert. He fixed three problems with our Baxi Luna HT330 including adding a bladder tank, fixing a small leak that I hadn’t even noticed, and doing a general tuneup even though he had never even seen one of these before! He explained that Radiant Floors takes wonderful care of him as an employee and that’s why he’s been there so long. What a great company!
