Tried to call solely to see if I can bring my truck in because I have a rental for a day and wanted to bring it back clean like I got it and already pay 50$ a month for the wash and I’m not paying more $$ to wash the rental. I purchased a car wash package for $26 a month back in the spring of 2025. Unfortunately, had a car accident and couldn’t use the package any longer. I checked my account and noticed the 26 had nearly doubled to $48. Called Zephyrhills location and spoke with “Chris” who agreed to refund me the latest pending charge in light of my accident & inability to use the car wash at all. The parking curbs are not painted and they stick out farther than your vehicle does. And if you're not watching your feet while you're walking, you trip over them, I did and scarred up my leg and knee and damage my knee, went up. And showed them nobody called nobody came out like their camera system doesn't even work very disappointed in them
