Radiant helped us on two occasions and both were ‘emergencies’. Prompt, responsive, thorough and excellent communication and service. I highly recommend!
We called Radiant in October for general/seasonal maintenance on our boiler that they installed. They communicated that they could fit us in in 2-3 weeks for the service and then they went silent. We called them back in 3 weeks asking for an update and they said they would get back to us in another week with a date for service– nothing happened. Dale is incredibly knowledgeable, Alice is cheerful and efficient, and Nick is eager to help the customer. Further, the products are top quality and competitively priced. Being a cost-conscious do-it-yourselfer, I found it very useful to deal with this local company rather than a website vendor.
Pat with Radiant Engineering is exceptional. He designed a pump station for my log home that utilizes a wood fired boiler to supply heat to my radiant floors - It works flawlessly! I installed everything, but these guys supplied it all and pre-built the manifolds and pump stations with controls. it was very easy for me to connect everything and install without prior experience. Radiant Engineering did the job that no one else wanted to do. They installed hot water heat in a house without an attic or basement and did a perfect job. They are available when we have a question and are always helpful and friendly. The heat works as promised and it is wonderful to have a warm house. We highly recommend Radiant Engineering.
