The receptionist is very rude. I had called early before appointment to let them know I needed to reschedule due to family emergency ahead of time. I was told they did not receive message and met with such vitriol it was horrible. If you can book somewhere else that values their patients.
Everyone was so friendly in office. We just relocated here and had to get in for care. Selena at front desk to Dr Chen and assistants, they all worked together to take care of my husband and myself. I showed up too early for my appt, but they got me in and took great care of us both.
TLDR: Drive further, look elsewhere, receptionist somehow employed This office is the source of one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. My first visit, I was treated rudely by the front staff. The dentist then referred me to an endodontist, which I followed through on. This is the best office I have ever been too! From reception to assistant to Dr Chen it was all a friendly comfortable experience.
