Cancelled my appt and rescheduled elsewhere. Selena is so rude…she called to reschedule the appt I had made a month ago, and when I asked if there was a reason for it, she responded with, “obviously or else I wouldn’t have called you.” Like, ma’am, I’m only asking. I didn’t think I was being rude or difficult to deserve the way she spoke to me, and I definitely didn’t appreciate having to push my appt from 9am to noon, when (once again) I had made it over a month ago. Great service at affordable prices.
Not sure what all the complaints have been about the receptionist. I've had no problems with her at all. Sure her voice isn't high pitched and "full of energy". But she's been pleasant and kind every time we've come by or called. Doctor and other staff are also really nice and do a good job.
Best dentist I’ve ever been to!!!
This place is a nightmare and they just want your money!
