This is the best office I have ever been too! From reception to assistant to Dr Chen it was all a friendly comfortable experience.
I needed extensive dental service and was terrified. My first visit to the dentist since childhood. I'm no longer afraid of the dentist. She is super gentle, patient, and makes your comfort a top priority. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Today is my third of five visits and I have zero stress. The office space is clean and tidy and the general atmosphere is great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Radiant Dental Spring Valley, especially if you have anxiety about dental visits.
I just love Radiant Dental very friendly staff and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. I love my Dentist she is so nice.
My significant other was going to be a new patient on 04/16. We get there 25 minutes early so we can complete new patient paperwork and give the receptionist his insurance card and ID. Took the receptionist Selena about 7 minutes to acknowledge that we were standing at the front desk, when she came up she instantly have the worst attitude! I only got as far as the receptionist but I found her to be rude as if I was taking up her time when I asked what dental plans they accepted. She mentioned a few of them & actually said there were to many to mention. This was a dental emergency & said the 1st appt available was a month away then found an appt that was in 12 days but still was to long to wait for with a broken tooth. The dentists might be great but I had to look elsewhere. Not good if you have a dental emergency.
