RC Dermatology Des Moines (Ingersoll) has always treated me with great overall care. Tonya Crawford( Receptionist) has always had excellent customer service, been extremely kind, well spoken, vibrant, and receptive. Obehi Ehikhamenor has been one of the best nurse practitioner's that has provided care for me. She's extremely knowledgeable, listens to understand, patient, kind, warm and nurturing. Great place!!!

I agree with a lot of the one star reviews I am seeing of this place. The actual doctor was cool but the receptionist has a lot of attitude. She called me to pay my bill and basically talked to me like I was a moron. I matched her energy and of course it just got worse from there. I feel like if you work in healthcare in any capacity you should understand how stressful and frustrating getting a $600 bill for a 10 minute appointment can be. But instead she called and was eager to talk down to me for not paying my bill faster.... read more
Look, I know clinics are a business. But it is still icky to see a clinic be so outright egregious about the fact that it only cares about our money, not us. They charge you an insane amount for a 10 minute visit. They also purposefully misguides patients by not being transparent about their providers. Is it a doctor? Is it an NP or a PA? No idea. you only find out after you get to the appointment and pay 30 dollars. Then, after insurance coverage, they will ask for another 50 bucks. Insurance covered 180 dollars.
