I had such a wonderful experience! The facial was so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. The customer service was amazing everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I also did Emsculpt and an IV drip, and I honestly felt so good afterwards. Had an appointment at 9.30 am this morning Clinic was closed when I arrived 10 min before. At 9:30 am the door was still locked but there was a sign on the door to ring the bell. No answer. Everything was dark inside. I called the number on the sign and someone picked up. Not saying "Radiant Belle Med Spa how can I help you". Just "yes, I'm coming, I'm on my way". Went for my facial today and after the first sheet mask application, the skin started burning. There was no excretion of black of white heads in the process. She tried a second which made no difference. Finally used clay mask. Once that was done every other product used ( vitamin C and mosturiser) it started burning. Technician had to wash off product.
