Adrienne and Mel are absolutely amazing! I live in Airdrie and have made the drive out to St. Albert twice to get Sofwave done here after a friend from Edmonton highly recommended it to me. The customer service is incredible!! Scheduling a micro-needling appointment in the fall. If I lived closer, I’d be here more often because they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had such a wonderful experience! The facial was so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. The customer service was amazing everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I also did Emsculpt and an IV drip, and I honestly felt so good afterwards. Had an appointment at 9.30 am this morning Clinic was closed when I arrived 10 min before. At 9:30 am the door was still locked but there was a sign on the door to ring the bell. No answer. Everything was dark inside. I called the number on the sign and someone picked up. Not saying "Radiant Belle Med Spa how can I help you". Just "yes, I'm coming, I'm on my way".
