I called before going to get my eyebrows done the person at the front desk informed me that no appointment is needed to get my eyebrows waxed. When I arrived 10 mins after calling I was told that I would not be able to be seen until 2 hours later. Why not say that when I called the shop 10 mins ago. I drove 20 mins for no reason. Wasted gas!!!!! Communication is key!!!!!!!
I’m very upset here and debated leaving a review. These girls are sweet and they all do GREAT WORK! HOWEVER…. I became a customer back in February and since the first appointment there’s always been an issue when it comes to my appointments. The first time it, I got my brows tinted and was told the girl could do my lashes through DM, then when I showed up, she didn’t have time. Okay, no big deal. The following day I had an appointment for nails, and a pedicure, was asked if I can come back later for the pedicure. I said NO. ... read more
