I called before going to get my eyebrows done the person at the front desk informed me that no appointment is needed to get my eyebrows waxed. When I arrived 10 mins after calling I was told that I would not be able to be seen until 2 hours later. Why not say that when I called the shop 10 mins ago. I drove 20 mins for no reason. Wasted gas!!!!! Communication is key!!!!!!!
