how is this business even running still when they cant answer a simple phone call?
Initially, I had a great experience with facial threads, but then I signed up for the monthly subscription and went for my free PRP facial and wound up with a hematoma in each arm. The next time I went for my PRP facial, they told me that They were out of serum so they’d have to reschedule which never happened and the third time I went for Botox. I’m happy with my results…I used a Groupon and got a good deal on filler, and saw the product they used which is quality and not diluted. With that being said, I had a super unprofessional experience. The first time I booked, I waited 45 minutes to be seen and ended up having to reschedule to the following week. They told me upon rescheduling that although they were booking me for the first appointment, to come 20 minutes early so they could get me in earlier. Which I did. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! This place is a complete scam. They barely answer phones, have no customer service skills, and will lie about what treatments they give you. I got scammed into lip fillers that fid absolutley nothing althought i paid for a full syringe. I went back and spoke with them and the business owner agreed that the lips didnt look like it was a full syringe(which i paid for) but insisted i had to come back a third time if i wanted to get them fixed and pay full proce. Absolutely amazing experience! Had lip & filler done and could not be more happy! Went to the West Hartford office and it was very very clean and the injector was amazing! Would absolutely recommend!
