Absolute classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I bought treatment on Groupon. The technician tried to upsell me and then gave me condescending attitude when I asked questions. When I said ‘no thanks I’ll Just get what I paid for with Groupon’ they said ‘sorry you can’t use that’.
