I wish I could say that I liked this spa, but unfortunately I had a really disappointing experience. I received what was honestly the worst gel manicure of my life here. The gel began peeling off the very next day, which is unacceptable for a gel service. Even more concerning, I felt a burning sensation in my nails the day after my appointment. I went here for the first time and they did everything I asked and they came out wonderful! I hope they will last and that the gel will stay on, but they look great. Thank you so much!

Went in for the first time today. To preface, I rarely do manis and pedis. Maybe 2-3 times per year. Went in and it was practically empty…on Homecoming Saturday. Meanwhile my daughter was at another nail salon for hours because they were so busy and full. Nail tech Lynn tried using used cuticle scissors on me. I asked if they were “new” as in clean and sterilized. She went to wipe it off the tool before using it on me. I swear she went from the last client and was going to use these gross used tools on me. Tracy and Ruby are amazing!!! Since NEW MANAGEMENT has taken over, I have had a brand new experience! Everyone listens so well to your requests. The new place has all brand new Pedicure chairs and tables for your full sets and fills. It is super clean inside. They have so many colors to choose from as well! The cost is also fair!
