I train at the gym 5 days a week and lift heavy and I had a sore knee and Robin did MFR on it and the next day it was healed. Great atmosphere and great energy and experience! I used the infrared sauna which was amazing as well! Highly recommend.

I had a 2 hour session with Robin and it was incredible. I felt nurtured and relaxed and the results were feeling more peaceful and at ease than I had in a very long time. My neck pain was reduced significantly. I enjoyed 10 minutes in the sauna for the last part of my session and it was blissful. If you’re contemplating trying it out, do yourself a favor!!!
