I would not recommend this med spa to anyone. I went for a consultation and left with a folder and estimate of 8,000 worth of suggested treatments. A few months later, I received a gift card for 250.00 and wanted to use it for Botox for my 11’s only, but was talked into 46 units which cost me another 230.00 and weeks later I had bumps above my eyebrows and new vertical lines that I never had before. The service that I received was a costumized facial. The next day, I had a rash on my left side of the face and behind the left ear. The rash was present with red bumps and was very itchy and hot. After a few days, the rash had cleared. I called the clinic after some time to discuss what I may have been allergic to and they stated that it was an acne breakout and that I was probably not allergic to any of the products. Very Rude Staff members..especially the manager on duty that I spoke with on 1/2/19... @ 12:12pm ...."Rebecca". I went into Radiance Medspa on 12/29/18 to take advantage of the $99 teeth whitening special. My experience was not good...after the procedure of the whitening was done she said it looks like it lightened up about two shades...um no it barley did one shade I tell her. I have been a customer at Radiance Med spa for several years. The turn over of estheticians started to annoy me. It’s like changing hairdressers, (once you find one you like, you really don’t want to change) I had a scheduled appointment for a routine skin pen. Only this time I hit the jackpot with Jenna who did my procedure. Initially I was not pleased with my makeup consultation, but still I returned to buy a product a week later. I met Mira the day I returned, who I told about my previous experience. Mira did a great job showing me how to use the products I did buy at the first consultation. She saved the day and changed my mind about returning to Radiance Med Spa.
