I FOUND MARNI!!!! Marni is THE MARNI FROM JOSEPHINE'S DAY SPA AND SALON!!!! I found her!! She was the top stylist at Josephine's and she is awesome!! She does the best color I've ever had. Her cuts are so precise and her chair side manner is soo wonderful! Her personality is absolutely amazing!! She is truly the best hairdresser I've ever had!! She was at Josephine's for years and then just disappeared. So happy I found her again!!!
Filthy Bathroom – Their services are excellent! Except it's such a turn off after getting a massage, and I walked in their bathroom and it was filthy dirty! I start to wonder if they wash the sheets that customers lay on. Don't think I'm going back there. Spa places should be very clean. Total turn off!
Found a Home – I started looking for anti-aging services the day I turned 40, and today 7 yrs later, I found a place with the latest medical services that still offers good old fashioned customer service. At Radiance they actually listened to what I wanted and talked about my concerns which was so refreshing. (At some places it seems they feel the need to insult you to bully you into making a purchase!) Dermal filler turned out to be my best option, and I loved the result. Leave Radiance Looking GREAT!!! – I didn't want a major change. I looked in the mirror and just didn't see me anymore. I was beginning to look angry. Anyway, I got Botox and Radiesse injections from Debra. Debra did an incredible job. I had a 3 light chemical peels and light treatment from Annett who listens to you and your needs and does an incredible job. I look ten years younger after going to Radiance Medspa for a fraction of the cost of invasive surgery.
WORST PLACE! – Let's see, where do I begin...? First, I had a chemical peel to correct some minor imperfections. I was promised that I was the perfect candidate for this peel by the girl at the desk. She, I believe her name was Laurie, was pushing everything they offered in a very high pressured way from laser treatments to very over priced products etc. Finally, I bent & purchased the peel. Just what I needed – A friend gave me a gift certificate towards any service at Radiance Medspa which I used on Bptox. I found the waiting room very tranquil which helped to ease my stress over facing an injection. The nurse was very professional and took the time to answer my questions and the injection that I was afraid to get was a piece of cake. Very Posative Experience – I was recommended to Radiance Medspa at the Town Center location by a friend of mine who "gets all her fixes there". Because she praised the staff highly and I had asked where she got her dermal filler, I decided to give it a try even though I had read more bad than good reviews on this site. Best Medical Spa – I dropped into Radiance Medspa without an appointment and at my wits end; I needed some quick fixes for a family reunion. When I came in, even though they were busy, they said they could fit me in for some Botox and fillers. I noticed the spa was clean and relaxing. They offered me some great tasting water and snacks. Great Customer Service, Aestheticians, Staff, and Skin Care products – My experience at Radiance Medspa was beyond my expectations. I had a facial peel and not only were the results great, but the aesthetician was very helpful in teaching me to care for my skin. I went back for Botox and was pleased that a physician also took the time to consult with me prior to my treatment, explaining the proceedure and post treatment.
