Ever step in something nasty and not be able to get the stink off of you? Thats is how it is to deal with Radiance. very unprofessional ownership and management. Very disorganized. The staff appears to have very little to no support from management. I also understnd that the staff is frequently not paid on time or as negotiated by management. The staff in general does the best job they can. Some of the nursing visits are very quick like under 4 minutes. The staff appears to have zero support from management and ownership. It was well known that they were provided with minimal training. They were forced to utilize their own equipment. Most alarming was the well known fact that ownership did not pay the employees on scheduled time and many employees were not paid as negotiated with ownership.
