Tom at Radiance Plumbing installed our in floor heating system 12 years ago. He does first class installations and stands behind his work.
Previously posted here regarding service from Radiance. I am updating as Tom has definitely stepped up his game in the Customer Service department and problems have been rectified in the system. We've made some changes that we hope will improve performance and user friendliness.
I work for a local General Contractor in Flagstaff, AZ. We have used Tom from RH&P a number of times; He is a reliable and knowledgeable professional, very easy to work and communicate with. Tom has worked on new construction projects as well as remodeling and additions. His expertise in Radiance Heating has come very handy a number of times.
