What I have learned from this is cheaper is not always better because I went with the cheaper company because they had good reviews vs Radiance. My carpet was wet for 24 hours and 2 spots on the carpet from just dirt did not come out. I let Radiance know what happened that I learned my lesson and sent him the pictures. Chip did a super job on my kitchen tile floor yesterday and my family room carpet! He is not only very courteous and professional, he has superb attention to detail and makes sure everything is a clean as it can be. He'll treat your house like it's his own. Chip as always did a wonderful job with our carpets. I had put it off longer than I should have thinking there might have been no hope for them. Now they look brand new!

Chip did an excellent work cleaning the tiles of my house, especially the kitchen area which was a disaster due to the sealer was put incorrectly and all over the tiles...but he fixed it and now looks like new. I love how it looks now!
