Life changing experience - if I could I would be at radiance everyday! The knowledge About the Body and mind to help overcome immobility, pain amongst others is incredible. The work Kim and Dey did on me has helped my flexibility in my shoulders (both operated) also my neck was loosened. Cupsliding and cupping in general was brilliant, and the work with the different theraguns and movements was something I could implement in my everyday life. I cannot recommend this gym enough! Over the past two years, the holistic approach to strengthening and conditioning at Radiance has been a game changer for my health.
