Went here today to get my blood drawn and had Demetria as my phlebotomist. She was super welcoming and kind. I have a lot of needle anxiety and she was able to make it super quick and painless. Would recommend!

I recommend using caution and skepticism when interpreting test results from Radiance Diagnostics. I used Radiance Diagnostics' COVID long-hauler "COV-2 S1 Immune Subset Panel" test. Radiance offers no details on how the test was developed, what controls are used, or what constitutes a "positive" result (and why). Upon inquiry, they repeated refused to answer questions regarding how their gates (or thresholds for a positive result) are decided and what controls are done to develop those gates. I booked my test for 24 hour not realizing it need same day for traveling. The staff helped was helpful and gave me the same day test. Within 1 hour I had the results I highly recommend this place

I made two appointments last month but had to cancel them weeks ahead of the scheduled time due to flight cancellations. This company will charge 20 dollars if you cancel each appointment, even though the cancelationmay be completely out of your control. Since the pandemic has created a COVID testing industry, countless companies are on the market selling tests. My mother did covid test this morning at 9:30am, and was supposed to get the result in 6 hours for he flight to China tonight at 11:30pm. But we still don't get the report and no one has responded to us!!!!!
