great dental office I have been a patient for about 1 year. I have had about 3 appointments and am very happy with the service. I am always able to get a appointment right away (within 1 week) The one thing that left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended) is that the Russian nurse hardly speaks english. UHH-MAZ-ING. I’ve hated the dentist ever since I was a kid. Never had good memories. It’s taken me over 25 years to trust someone. And, I’m so happy to have found Radiance. I love how she’s gentle, thorough, and whip smart. She’s changed my view on dentistry and now I’m lifer to her practice.
Dr. Su makes you feel at ease the moment you step into her office. Gentle hand, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. For once, I look forward to going to the dentist!
Dr. Su is without a doubt the only dentist I would ever go to, no matter what the problem. I first went to her when I was a teenager and just recently came back to her a few years later after some horrible experiences with other, much less talented dentists (isn't having no insurance wonderful?) Not only did she remember me right away despite not seeing me for years, she was just as funny and nice and accommodating as I had remembered. Dr. Su is the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! She makes me feel so much more comfortable than any other dentist I've seen at other practices. Been going here for years and I can really trust Dr. Su, as she makes sure that I get exactly the care I need without trying to convince me I need extensive dental work. I had a deep cleaning once due to plaque buildup beneath my gums. Now I follow up every 3 months for a cleaning (my choice to go so frequently) and my teeth and gums have never been healthier. Dr Su is the most caring dentist. My children and I have been going there for our dental appts for over 3 yrs. Dr Su goes out of her way to make sure that every patient is giving the care and treatment that they deserve. Her relaxing tips and breathing tips help those like me who get nervous at all dentist offices. And the staff is outstanding. Always greeted with a smile and by my first name.
