Very cool master planned community! Really like the community center!
DO NOT BUY HERE. Houses are very poorly built, and when it comes time to obtain any sort of warranty repair, they consistently fail to communicate changes and scheduling in a timely manner(Expect about a month before you see any emails for scheduling that is also another month out). If you run into any issues (and I pray you don't), you should expect that any small issue will take months, along with having to escalate the issue to multiple warranty managers and supervisors to be resolved before you see any progress.
