Tim Haltom the manager met me at the counter and listened to the problem I was having with my 2001 Mercedes clk430. He understood and informed me of my specific situation. He is friendly as well as knowledgeable. Tim is honest and let me know that I could put off the work for much later time if I chose. I ended up going back the next day to get the work done. Their service is impeccable! They always have your car ready on time. The tires on my car being replaced were Michelin high performance tires that the Ford dealership wanted over $1000.00 dollars but Radial Tire Service quoted me $800.00 for the same tire. I discussed with Tim the fact that I drive very little and he put me in a very good set of tires that are also made by Michelin for just under $600.00. That is quality service and a very nice savings for me. You will never regret going to Radial Tire Service.
