I’ve been seeing Dr. Menon for many years and couldn't be happier. She is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. During my visits, she takes the time to listen to all my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. I appreciate that she explains things in a way that is easy to understand and truly values my input on my own healthcare. She is consistently thorough, always asking clarifying questions, and ensures I understand the reasoning behind any labs or medications ordered.
This was my first appointment with her. I am new To the area. I had been to the ER the prior week. I was looking for a PCP to have a follow up appointment with. I found her to be very efficient, caring, and up-to-date on medical issues. For me, this was very important because I have a very complex medical history. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor. It was the most apprehensive appointment that I’ve had in many years.
