Was taken back at time of appointment. Friendly and experienced staff. Explained everything well and made it easy to follow up with any questions or concerns.
I took an eye exam to get a prescription for new glasses. I will through the whole examination process and sign the paperwork for the refraction. At the end of my actual appointment I went to check out and get my prescription and they told me the did not have a record of my examination. Ask the to please check again since I signed the paperwork and had taken the exam. After waiting about 15-20 minutes I was told no one knew about my eye exam and they didn’t have a prescription for me, what a waste of time. Very disappointing... read more
