had an appointment with Dr Kuna scheduled for a 90 year old patient that needed to get a cardiac clearance before his life-saving surgery in 4 days. We were arriving about 15 min late and called ahead to let the front desk know about it. However, 10 min later, Carol from the front desk called and said the doctor will not see you.
