I really liked Dr. Gupta and her staff have always treated me with courtesy and respect. However, I have been trying to schedule a follow-up to an annual exam since January 2019 (10 months). I have had to reschedule 3 times because the Dr. was "out of the office," "preparing for a hurricane 1 week in advance, that never reached the area," and "training for the entire month of October."
