Dr Athmaram B Shetty is a very nice Dr with excellent bedside manner. He has been my dr since he came to St Louis quite a few years ago. He listens as much as he talks and is authentic in his patient care. Hes knows my family members names and never fails to ask about them in casual conversation. I feel comfortable in my conversations with him and trust his judgement. The ladies that work in his office, especially Janet, always remember who I am and make me feel welcome and in good hands. My recent experience was very good. I saw her because my regular Dr. was unavailable that day. She was thorough and explained my problem in great detail. Obviously, Spencer is obsessed with her.

My perception of Dr. Patnana is very different than everyone else on here. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Of course she is in a hurry, she has a lot of patients to see. But she can do that because she knows what she is doing. If you need someone to hold your hand and a shoulder to cry on then she is not that kind of doctor. But thats fine by me. If you can speak intellignetly and ask intelligent questions about whatever is ailing you then she is the doctor for you. I dont have three hours to sit in a waiting room to be s... read more

I went to see her and she is horrible and I am very, very grateful that I am alive today. No thanks to her, she is arrogant, unprofessional and I can prove it. What I owed was charged off to her negilicence. Please, Please find another physician. Call Barnes at 1800 Top Docs.
