My recent experience was very good. I saw her because my regular Dr. was unavailable that day. She was thorough and explained my problem in great detail. Obviously, Spencer is obsessed with her.

My perception of Dr. Patnana is very different than everyone else on here. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Of course she is in a hurry, she has a lot of patients to see. But she can do that because she knows what she is doing. If you need someone to hold your hand and a shoulder to cry on then she is not that kind of doctor. But thats fine by me. If you can speak intellignetly and ask intelligent questions about whatever is ailing you then she is the doctor for you. I dont have three hours to sit in a waiting room to be s... read more

I went to see her and she is horrible and I am very, very grateful that I am alive today. No thanks to her, she is arrogant, unprofessional and I can prove it. What I owed was charged off to her negilicence. Please, Please find another physician. Call Barnes at 1800 Top Docs.

She is an awesome physician. She takes the time to personally know me and meet my needs. I highly recommend her.
She was nice the first time I saw her. The second time she was nice as well, but struck up a conversation about how I am a smoker -telling me why I should quit. This had nothing to do with my visit, I just thought she was looking out for my well being. She then charged me for a nicotine consultation which my insurance co. doesnt cover. When I called to dispute, she sent me a letter saying that she is declining to adjust the balance since the chart notes support the charge. I will not be returning to her and will go above her... read more
If I could give no stars I would. Patnana is the reason I wont go back to Southwest Medical Center. She degraded me, and charged my insurance company over 1400 dollars just to take care of a couple warts, she put in the charges that they were foreign skin problems. I saw her for no more than ten minutes and she rushed me and made me feel very insecure. Didnt seem like see cared about anything except making money and pushing patients out the door.
