Dr. K. C. Is extremely through. I just got out the hospital for the second time with bilateral P. E’s, she a god send for me. She makes me feel like she has my best interests at heart.
We've been patients of Dr KC for years. She is professional, engaging, doesn't cut you off, answers all our questions and is very knowledgeable. We have noticed that it is harder to get through to Dr KC but I personally don't think it is because of her or her staff. Sentara is growing so fast and I think they are placing more pressure on the employees to be quicker, not necessarily more thorough. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean we are well served.
