I came to Dr Iyanger after 2 breast cancer surgeries. She was amazing. She is smart, decisive and had ordered all the testing I needed and set me up with a badly needed wound dr. She did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess the original doctor left me in. She is a liar and horrible doctor!!! I was diagnosed with early-stage 1 breast cancer in July of 2014. Dr. Iyengar told me 2 days after my double mastectomy that she found cancer in my lymph nodes and chemo was needed immediately. My treatment plan entailed 14 rounds (4 rounds of Adriamycin and 10 rounds of Taxol)...30 Sessions of radiation to my chest wall, mind you, my chest expanders were still in my chest cavity during this time. Dr. Iyengar is amazing! I had stage 1 Breast Cancer and Dr. Iyengar performed my lumpectomy. She left a small scar under my armpit and she was very caring and listened to my concerns. She is the BEST!
Dr. Iyengar is very knowledgeable. She is understanding of my needs & is always eager to answer any questions I have. Her patients are priority, she goes above and beyond to advocate for us and works closely with other physicians to compliment her service(Oncology/Plastic Surg etc). She offers professional service and is extremely compassionate. The staff is caring & the office is welcoming! Cannot say enough great things about her! Very fortunate to have her on my side for this battle!
Dr Radha Iyengar was my breast surgeon. She walked with me through my fight with breast cancer, providing guidance, options, facts, a listening ear, and......hugs. She is smart, caring and competent. I highly recommend Dr Iyengar.
I went in for lumps I found back in 2016- biopsy showed I needed to have them removed. Luckily they were not cancerous. I am a HUGE hypochondriac and Dr. Iyengar consistently listened to my concerns- no matter how far fetched they were. An ultrasound was always done during my appointment, to assure me of no more lumps or other issues. Definitely would recommend Dr. Iyendar to everyone.

I previously had breast cancer in 2008 and had both breasts removed at that time. I went to Dr. Iyengar complaining about a bruise under my armpit. She listened intently, did an ultrasound while I was there in the office and was concerned. It ended up being a recurrence of the previous breast cancer. Dr. Iyengar is amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She recently performed axillary node dissection surgery on me. I am one week out from the surgery and going shopping. Yes!
I received a recommendation to see Dr. Iyengar when a recheck of my mammogram indicated a suspicious mass. It was the best experience while being the worst because of the news it was cancer. Dr. Iyengar is more than wonderful. She was caring, compassionate, and took so much time with me explaining everything. Terrible news does not mean a terrible outcome.
