I wish there was an option to give -1 star. No signing leases electronically here. I was told we would need to sign the lease in person in the leasing office, and that the lease would not be sent via email. We were 3 hours drive away, so I asked if I would at least get a sample of a generic lease so I could read through the details before signing. They said no and insisted we read and sign the lease in the leasing office on our move-in day. I was also told we would need to have utilities set up in order to get the key. On ou... read more
