Pam makes visiting the dentist painless. She is friendly and easy to talk to. She is thorough and gentle, tells you what you are doing right and what needs more attention. She forewarned me of possible future needs. Everything is written in my electronic file. Very clean and pleasant treatment areas and office. I’m pleased with my experience.
I was so fortunate to have Dr Sokol see me when I experienced a dental issue today. He found time in his busy schedule to help me. He was patient and showed concern as he usually is.

While not unexpected: this visit to VGD and Dr. Sokol to install a freshly-milled ceramic crown was better than prom night. An old crown that failed was removed and a temporary was installed on my last visit. Not only was the entire procedure very comfortable and substantially more pleasant than purchasing undercoating for my last vehicle: Dr. Sokol's expertise and the extreme professionalism of the VGD staff was, as usual exemplary. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the modern equipment in the dental operations of Dr. Sokol. Everything was very clean and carefully explained.
Just there for a cleaning and check up and have been seeing Dr Sokol for close to 5 years now. Both he his hygenist and entire staff are top notch, personal and very good at their jobs. The office is very efficient and things are always on time.
My dentist left the area and a friend recommend Dr. Sokol. What a wonderful experience. Very nice office, easy to get to in Lincolnshire. Staff was friendly and very considerate. Was in on time. Cleaning, x-rays painless and hygienist verbally walked through each step so I knew what was going to be done. Dr. Sokol took his time to review everything with me and made recommendations. I was given an estimate for the work on my way out with no pressure to move forward. Thank you so much! Very happy!
The office is nicely furnished, their technology is pretty good, and the technicians are very professional and friendly. Good customer service!
