I have to update my review after four years, this place is absolutely horrible. Do not bring your children here. Please, whatever you do do not take your children here. They are not safe here. They have dentist that give treatment without proper licensing, they prescribe medication without proper licensing. Their office staff is constantly being replaced so are there dentists. Absolutely bad communication, constant rescheduling last minute, no shows showed up to appointment waited a hour and no one arrived, called numerous amounts of time after to figure out why and to reschedule no one picked up or even took the time to reschedule. -00/10
I've called for 3 days and no response I go there today and the office is completely closed but hours say from 8-5pm its 1pm on a Thursday
Absolute trash. My toddler was upset during the appointment and the assistant thought she could say.. wow you deal with this at home. You must need a drink! Like who the actual F thinks they can say this. Place is rundown. We won’t be back. Spare yourself on this place! Trash!
Was told 7/20/2024 after my son’s cleaning that he needed more work and to come back on 7/27/2024 at 9am. I called twice, left a message and sent messages on their app to confirm as I never got a confirmation text or a phone call. No one ever got back to me. So we show up because I didn’t want to be charged a “no show” fee if we actually did have an appointment and no one is here. The quality and professionalism of this business has gone way down.
