THIS PLACE IS TRASH These are the worst people to do business with. I have an active rent to own lease with them and they sold the trailer out from under me. Amanda called me on a tuesday and told me I needed to be out by Saturday. Mind you now I have never been even late on my rent. I have a great rental history. Stay away! I was looking at a place through Radford Companies, and gave them $260 to hold a place, and was told the money would be returned if we decided not to move here. After reading other reviews, we decided against it, but we were told the money would not be returned because we "waited too long". The individual we dealt with was named Jerry. Not only are the homes are trash the condition of the roads are poor the lots are nasty and they charge to much for em something needs to be done with this "company".

I've had a sewage leak under our trailor for almost 3 months now and even though you have been told about it nothing has been done! it's turned our sidewalk in to ice as well. I'm going to tell you what I am going to do. sue. Me and my children have been sick and can't get over it because of the bacteria and crap in the sewage. Also sewage puts off methane gas. This company is NOT one to be expected to live up to their word of honor. Or even live up to honoring a lease or any agreement. Mr. Jim Radford has been known countless times to have Maintenance Staff not just prolong and procrastinate work orders but all complete MOST of those work orders to half job expectations. Constantly both the property managers including Tina at Oak Forest have been known to make promises that were never kept when it came to trailer upkeep.
