Lynn & Linda Rader live on the Rader Family Farm located on the west side of Normal on Ropp Road. Lynn and his 6 younger siblings were raised on this Guernsey Dairy farm by their parents, Glenn and Margaret Rader. Glenn and Margaret moved onto this farm when they were married in 1945 when Glenns Aunt and Uncle moved into town. The family grew up milking cows and showing cows in 4-H. We just returned from this establishment and the experience was just terrible. There is apparently no mask policy and if there is, there is absolutely no enforcement. My children (5, 7, and 8) are perfectly capable of wearing masks properly in public, but apparently more than half (dare I say 70%) of the patrons were *not* capable of this same simple task. Rader Family Farms adheres to the State of Illinois guidelines and CDC recommendations as they relate to COVID-19. We have signage throughout the farm and our employees are empowered to address guests not complying. Masks are required in each of our buildings, while waiting in lines, and whenever and wherever social distancing cannot be maintained - including outside. We absolutely love Rader Farms! it's our favorite place to bring the grandkids in the fall. So much for them to enjoy. Also, the setting, the decorations, and yje photo ops are second to none. Farm. Fall. Fun. Fantastic!
