Buyers and subcontractors beware. Rader regularly does not pay their subcontractors. After asking around the building community this company has an awful reputation. EDIT: Pulling “Rader” out of the name won’t save you, Brandon and Jennifer
Do not use this company. They do not pay their subcontractors and have several lawsuits and foreclosures against them. They recently closed a house that had outstanding subcontractor payments and did not disclose this to the buyer.

Unprofessional, rude and didn't even have the common decency to call me back! Beware! Would never recommend this builder!
