They did it AGAIN!!! I randomly went in for a tire rotation. While there, I asked if they could change the oil as well. Without hesitation, they said "yes" While assessing my fancy car ;) (Volvo) they quickly realized they did not have the proper tool to remove the oil filter. What did they do? They immediately got on the phone, found the tool and had it delivered. I don't impress easily but I was extremely impressed that they didn't just give up and say they couldn't change the oil.
