I was refused from this office after being a patient for years.. I was straight out told not to come back. My crime was not paying the bill.. But stating the freezing had not yet taken ahold and I could feel the drilling.. Good Luck Folks.. Perhaps a vet would serve you better.
He is efficient, explains all the procedures he's doing and has a great personality.
