Brought my truck to Radd Automotive for a leak in air conditioning. So far I’ve had to leave it there 6 times and spent over $1500. They keep telling me something else was wrong and changing parts. Air conditioning STILL DOES NOT WORK!!! Not sure if they’re crooks or incompetent but don’t bring your vehicle there!! As a veteran I will also be reporting Radd to the VA and American Legion to try to help others that served our country to not get ripped off by them!!
This is the only car service business that I feel truly comfortable with. We have been here a few times and they are so honest. I took my car in for an issue that they discovered should have been covered by the dealership so they didn't charge me to do the work, they told me to go back to where I had the original work done. I wasn't sure what the problem was but they identified it and advised me on what to do. There are no surprises, if Radd tells me there is an issue, I believe them.
