Did business with this company for 10 years but apparently we weren't a big enough customer for them. They had pushed us to upgrade phone systems, but ours were working fine. We had a yearly support agreement with them that was supposed to enable us to quick service, but when we sent in a service ticket they didn't respond for more than 24 hours. I sent in a follow up email (with capital letters asking when this will be addressed) I get an incredibly unprofessional email from the owner who felt like it was necessary for him ... read more
They used to be great system with great value and benefits. Now we have lots of problems with the system and messing up our phone calls and does not allow us to call out when the phone is ringing. They are not responding to our needs as they used to do before
Good choice of products and services for sell. Nice guys who installed the system. They also took care of a problem with the service provider for me.
