We had a ladder rack installed in n our fleet truck that rusted out within a year . We had to bring our service truck in for replacement . They replaced only a portion of the ladder rack . A few months later the rack is rusted out again . They suggested I replace the entire unit with an identical one . I asked for a aluminum rack which they don’t provide so I have decided to purchase the aluminum for about the same cost as they charged me for a junk steel one .
