I sent out 4 emails and no has contacted me about any thing the property manager is very rude and disrespectful to the tenets I have been charge late fee when it not my fault I have file numbers of maintenance request and only been in my apartment 2 months
I feel SCAMMED, that I still have NOT received my security deposit of $821.7. I lived at ************ (***** **) for several years, and decided it was time for me to move on. My move out date was May 12, 2021. The apartment was left in a meticulous condition, and I went to the extreme to have a carpet company cleaned the rug. As of date (January 3rd, 2022). Radco Residential is the absolute worst! From an unbearable roach infestation to Stains on our ceiling from a water leak. We can literally see water in the walls. Property management is extremely slow to respond to any request, even with the possibility of mold. They promised to fix the problem in 1-2 days, over a month has passed and the problem has gotten worse. Breaker box was filled with water for over a month which caused the box to make popping/crackling electrical sounds! Lights are now flickering nonstop! This poses ... read more
I was illegally charged $400,00, as well as multiple other current and past residents, for "bedbug treatment" over a year ago when this company assumed managerial responsibilities of the apartment complex here in Kenneth City/St. Petersburg, Florida. Bedbug treatment is the onus of the company in the State of Florida for multi-unit dwellings. Because of the serious nature that Bed Bugs can impose on communities, RADCO Residential requires all residents sign a Bed Bug Addendum in their lease agreements. In this Addendum, it expressly states that "Resident...shall be liable for all rent, damages, cleaning and pest control fees, and other charges related to dealing with the bed bug issue, and Resident shall pay all reasonable costs of cleaning and pest control treatment Management incurs to remedy the bed bug infestation situation." Radco is a slumlord. The Ashford Meridian Hills property in Indianapolis, IN has terrible management, horrible maintenance and disgusting customer service. There are multiple residents without adequate hearing, lighting and general livable conditions. I would never recommend any of their properties to anyone.
Was told by the owner of the company I had to do an on job training to see if I knew what I was able to do inform the owner was not going to be able to work there without a company vehicle but told the owner seeing as how I drove 35 minutes I would work for a day's pay the owner agreed and said that will be fine went to work did my job to the best of my abilities after the end of the day around 2 in the afternoon show back up at the office to meet with the owner to find he was not there the daughter of the air condition comp... read more
