Have bought weather tech floor mats here multiple times and always a good experience. Workers are quick when helping us order the ones we need.
Terrible communication, nothing in stock. Ordered and paid for product weeks ago, no calls to let me know why it was taking so long. When I stop in, still can’t give me an answer. When the product came in it was missing parts and I’m told it’s out of their hands, corporate issue. Sales staff either didn’t know what to say or were rude and blame shifting to the supplier. No known resolution time at this point. Buyer Beware!
