I had such a great experience getting my Cartier Panthère watch resized by Karen. She truly went out of her way to make sure it fit me perfectly, taking the time to adjust it carefully rather than rushing the process. I couldn’t be happier with the fit and the service. highly recommend Karen!

While service is always top notch, but very disappointed. Spend close to 20k and was not offer any Rolex or have any update on watches on wishlist. Specifically visited many time hoping I can get the rolex my husband wanted for his bday or something. Father’s Day nothing, anniversary nothing husband bday nothing. Gave up and went to Ardmore location instead and was able to get a Rolex for my husband late bday.
I had a fantastic experience at the 1916 Company in Christiana Mall, thanks to Matt. He took his time showing us several watches and carefully walked us through different band and dial color options to help us figure out what we truly liked. He’s extremely knowledgeable and did a great job going over payment process and setting proper expectations, especially since these watches are not readily available for immediate purchase.
