3/7/2026: adding another great shopping experience at this store (now 1916). I recently retired and wanted to purchase a Rolex Day Date to reward myself but as everyone knows it’s a long wait game (and I’m kind of tired of it). I made an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. My sales associate was Fernando. Fernando fully briefed me on the process and showed me the models I was interested in. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the entire line. He was fully transparent on inventory. I left the store knowing he will come through and sure enough he did!! Thanks Fernando!!
