Dank smelly pit – I've lived in a variety of apartments in college town apartments, and this one has the worst odor in its stairwell. When I first spoke with the property manager about renting, she outlined the the security deposit, but failed to mention the non-refundable portion for "painting". The paint job they do is abysmal: power sockets, parts of the mirror, windows, and phone outlets are painted over and sealed.
