Quiet neighborhood and great management. Mrs. Sahiti is very helpful and has eagerly taken the chance to help any chance she could. Would greatly recommend.
They’re refusing to accept my rent payment unless I pay a $400 lawyer fee for a process they haven’t even began or used a lawyer for. Also the only dumpster for my neighborhood of around 50 units has been overflowing for weeks with no solution. If you’re thinking about moving into one of the 22 properties they poorly manage, please consider other options. Posted this to the actual property managements google page as well (Optivo group, have a look at some of their reviews yourself) but I’d like for anyone looking into these ... read more
