The front desk staff was ineffective at being courteous enough to return calls and address my emergency situation when needed. They don't seem to care about the customers needs and have a attitude that isn't client friendly. In particular, they were more interested in winning an argument than addressing a clients needs.
Over the years I have had different procedures done by Dr. Radack. Even during one of my pregnancies. He is very nice and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. His staff is fantastic and they work with you to make everything as easy as possible. I highly recommend his office for all of your surgery needs. Cost and Billing were also not an issue.
wonderful he plled out my wisdom teeth and i have almost no pain 5 hours later. He is the beat doctor and i very highly recommended.
Overall, a great pain free experience. Wonderful office staff. Wonderful chairside manner with a great sense of humor.
Very Friendly. Makes you feel at ease and is very down to earth. Price was reasonable and the mood was amazing! Felt wonderful the whole time!!!
Dr. Radack's staff is not responsive. The work he did was okay, but getting any follow-up help or return calls is impossible. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
