Well, I don't know Keith's current professional practice, but I can speak to him as a person I knew growing up with his tutelage - he was a role model and large influence in our family. He is a wonderful man. I am sure he does excellent work.
I had my wisdom teeth extracted and I had an excellent experience. I am not great with having any injections and I literally did not feel a thing when Dr. Radack inserted an IV
I have had 3 procedures done by Dr.Radack. all went extremely well. He is consciencious, competent, and above all kind.
Dr. Radack is a complete professional and made me feel really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The front desk staff was ineffective at being courteous enough to return calls and address my emergency situation when needed. They don't seem to care about the customers needs and have a attitude that isn't client friendly. In particular, they were more interested in winning an argument than addressing a clients needs.
Over the years I have had different procedures done by Dr. Radack. Even during one of my pregnancies. He is very nice and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. His staff is fantastic and they work with you to make everything as easy as possible. I highly recommend his office for all of your surgery needs. Cost and Billing were also not an issue.
