Dealership in huntsville quoted me almost six thousand dollars to replace the headlights and taillights on my ram 3500 laramie. RAD quoted me about the same amount, but also included fixing a plethora of other issues the dealership failed to even mention. Don't take your vehicles to a dealership, folks. Bring them here.
Communication, the work, the trust, very welcoming and professional people. I highly recommend and will be back. Went. To different shop to be quoted 14 thousand dollars. RAD SHOP fixed my truck for 12500 dollars less. This was so exhilarating and I will be back. I really appreciate these folks I even told them to do some extra work. We were camping at Monte Sano State Park when my diesel truck developed an issue (P0204/P0304 - Injector circuit failure - Cyl #4). Our reservation was due to expire that day. We got an extension to 7am the following day as no one was scheduled to be in our site until later the next day. We were panicking. Truck couldn't pull the RV at all. Had a 2022 ram throwing several faults, dealer couldn’t fix it rads took care of it super fast, and very reasonable. And after tell him what truck did and what it was used for gave me options on how to improve the towing and help prevent transmission issues. Great people, will be taking back towards end of year to have them do the roller and rockers thanks for the info.
We were camping at Monte Sano State Park when my diesel truck developed an issue. We needed a repair fast since our reservation was ending and no way to move our camper. We called Reis Auto & Diesel and they were able to arrange their workload to get us in/out before our reservation expired. 10/10 would recommend Reis Auto & Diesel to anyone that needed their services. The truck pulled the RV home later that day with no issue. These guys are awesome.
