Was having a software module issue with my 2024 F350 and tire size. Taylor the owner took the time to speak with me personally and he had quite recently dealt with the same issue on another customers truck. He and his shop are detail oriented, much more knowledgeable than most other shops, and are always looking to improve. As a business owner myself, I was very impressed. And together we rectified me issue. A+ in my book. And I’m picky!

Taylor and his team got my Ram Big Horn AC working perfectly again. Thanks so much for all the help.

EXCELLENT SHOP! Great service, timely, affordable, personal and they explain things simply. They take the time to make it right, and do quality work. We've got a fleet of Dodge and Chevy diesels and after trying other shops and not getting issues fixed we gave Reis DIESEL a try. Now we have regular service and repairs taken care of there. We called them one Friday afternoon with an issue and by Tuesday the issue was completed and our truck was back in service(Injectors).

Dealership in huntsville quoted me almost six thousand dollars to replace the headlights and taillights on my ram 3500 laramie. RAD quoted me about the same amount, but also included fixing a plethora of other issues the dealership failed to even mention. Don't take your vehicles to a dealership, folks. Bring them here.
